 For Local, National, European and International Removals

  • What will the cost of my removal be ?
  • This depends on your service requirement such as do you want us to pack or not,  the amount you need moving and the distance to your new home.

  • How much notice do i need to give ?
  • Normally one to two weeks, however it can be busier during school or bank holidays 

  • When do  i have to pay  for the removal ?
  • Full payment is made before the removal commences, cheque payments need to be cleared.

  • Can i pay for the removal with the funds from my house sale ?
  • Yes we can make arrangements for this

  • Can you invoice my company direct for my removal costs ?
  • Yes, we would require a purchase order

  • Is there a charge for a removals surveyor to visit my home ?
  • No this service is provided free of charge

  • Do you dismantle beds and other items ?
  • We are able to dismantle and re erect most beds, other items need to be discussed with our surveyor

  • What will you do if you cannot park the removal van near my collection / delivery address ?
  • We would either use a small shuttle van or extra labour depending on the distance

  • What do i do with  the used  boxes, do you collect them ?
  • Yes we can arrange one pickup of our own boxes, these must be flat and clean for reuse, any other materials we ask you to recycle yourself

  • How often do your removal vans travel to Europe ?
  • All the time, Special service or part load service available, transit time can be  3 to 21 days depending on your requirement
