Efficient, courteous and entertaining during packing and delivery
Thank you so much for the service, the men were brilliant. The crew lead by Ryan, with Mike, Dillon and Shane were very efficient, courteous and entertaining during packing and delivery, which made it much easier and less stressful during these difficult times. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to them. Courteous, hardworking and respectful, any of these could be considered for the monthly employee awards. Nothing was broken or damaged for which we are very grateful.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

Everything was perfect apart from the fact I had labelled all boxes top and side and the removal men didn’t stack the boxes in the garage with the labels facing. This meant that we had to turn each box around to see what number it was.

Tony, Tom, James, Nick, Paul and Sonic did a brilliant job during both trying and vexing work. From manhandling a large stone table to delivery over four floors they were resourceful, cheerful, friendly and professional. When asked to do the near impossible they did not complain and got on with the job without question.
A great team that should be valued.

Communication with us on the first day to explain a trailer coupling problem causing a late start would have helped.

Siimilar to two other quotes but the initial visit was more convincing and better national coverage.

Everything was well packed and clearly labelled
I wanted to let you know that we were very happy with the service you provided. Our temporary move to Coventry went very smoothly. Everything was well packed and clearly labelled. Please say thank you to Rhys, Les and Jamie for all their hard work. The fact that Leon and Dave arrived to help finish loading and then unload the van was great as it meant the job was finished a lot quicker.
We will now start to look for our new permanent home and will definitely contact you for a quote once we are ready to move again.
