Would have liked to know your team’s eta on day 1 of the move out.  Phoned the office - they checked with the driver and I was then kept well informed.

Your willingness to be flexible and accommodate our desire (at a cheaper rate) to move in stages with a smaller van.

Your service has been first class from start to finish and we could find no fault whatsoever.

This process has been very difficult and protracted for us so to get such good support on the actual move itself was so comforting. The guys were all brilliant, pleasant, professional and fun to be with. All good Black Country lads. Please pass on our appreciation and reward them appropriately.

You could accommodate the moving out on the Friday and moving in on the Monday to allow us time at the weekend to drive to the new property, get the keys, and clean the flat before the furniture was delivered.

They worked hard, were patient with me, changing my mind a couple of times on the position of furniture, and were easy to chat to and have around the house; they didn’t laugh at my sentimental rubbish they had to pack!

Wider selection of boxes, for slightly longer but narrow items, seemed wasteful using very large boxes for them
