Just wanted to give feedback on yesterday's move. Bart and Mark were both absolutely excellent - hard working, efficient and very patient with us across the two days. They are both a real credit to your team!

Perhaps tell customer that the furniture will be covered in fluff from the protective blankets as I needed to use a brush afterwards to take the fluff off - luckily I had one to hand

Your survey was the most thorough of the four we had done. Martin was informative and helpful about the volume of stuff we were moving and how best to pack it. Inspired confidence we might actually get through this ok!

They were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately when unloading they clipped the side of a chest of drawers damaging two corners, but accidents happen. Everything else arrived in perfect condition and was placed in the specified location.
