Rod Seeland, Director
Rod has over 30 years experience in the removals industry, starting 1979, working in the summer holidays on the vans for a local removal company in Lincoln, his home town. Rod then joined Pickfords in 1981 as part of their Management Trainee programme. Rod had nine years with Pickfords, rising to through the ranks to become a Branch Manager.
In 1994 Rod was given an opportunity to work for Britannia Bradshaw. During his time there, he became responsible for commercial relocations, and in 1997 he started a new division known as BCL.
Rod takes active role in the BAR and was voted in as the Chairman of the CMG in 2009. Having served in this role for the two years, he still works within the CMG council.
Rod has now lived in the North West for the last 22 years and regularly attends Old Trafford to watch Manchester United. Rod also enjoys struggling around a golf course and travelling to distant lands with his wife Angela.
