Whether you're moving house or not, Britannia Bradshaw International Removals & Storage can store your items in our secure warehouses in Manchester and Birmingham. We offer several options for your storage needs, to suit your requirements. Britannia Bradshaw can pack your belongings or you choose to pack them yourself, and we are glad to provide you with the advice and information you'll need to help ensure your belongings arrive safely at your new home.
Not sure how much storage space you'll need? Our storage crates hold roughly 250 cubic feet, which is about 35 square feet. To store the entire contents of a one bedroom flat, you'd generally need two storage containers.
If you visit our warehouses, you'll see how proud we are of the facilities we provide for our storage customers. We're more than happy to welcome you for a tour and a warm beverage during office hours. You can even see inside our Manchester office and warehouse by taking a virtual tour!
Storage solutions
When you're renovating or redecorating your new home before you can fully move in, downsizing, or are delayed for any reason, storage in our secure warehouses can give you the breathing space you need. With both managed storage and self store available, we can help you with your storage needs.
We'll come to your home and pack your belongings (or collect the boxes you've already packed) and bring them back to our secure warehouse. We'll then transfer your items to a storage container. When you're ready to receive your items again, we can redeliver them straight to your home and place them where you'd like.
Self storage & mobile self storage
We offer two self storage options, saving you money over traditional self storage facilities.
With our self storage, simply bring your items to our warehouse and we'll help you load them into a storage container. Contact us for more information or to arrange a time to bring your goods for storage to us.
Our mobile self storage brings our warehouse right to your door. Simply book a time for our storage container to be delivered to your door, you fill it with your belongings, and we'll bring it back to our warehouse. Delivery and collection of our container to your door is free, but please contact us for the details of this offer.
Mobile self storage is currently only available from our Manchester branch.
Storage Services
Moving crates - Many people are concerned about the environment and the toll waste takes on nature and resources. While we recycle our cardboard boxes used during removals, another option would be to hire reusable plastic moving crates.
Moving crates are an eco-friendly way of moving. Made of sturdy hard plastic, they can be used again and again. We rent moving crates at competitive prices, and would be happy to give you a quote to use them for your next move.
Declutter Service - When you're trying to sell your home, or if you are having construction done or decorating, it can often be very helpful to store some of your bigger items or boxes of small items which may be in the way. We will be glad to give you advice and help you declutter and store your items securely and safely until you're ready for them. For more information, contact us.

They went above and beyond on a very stressful day to make us feel more relaxed about the amount of stuff we had, fulfilled all items quoted for (dismantle/ reassemble furniture and packing sentimental china), and even helped us with washing machine.
