They were brilliant.so easy to explain things I needed help with and were so helpful throughout. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere while packing and unpacking.

Where can we improve our removals day experience?
Possibly ask where the furniture is going in the room and place/ build it there…it can be difficult to do that though,

Why did you use us?
We have used in the past and we knew how professional you were. Never doubted that the removals team would inform me of anything at all that could pose an issue or was an issue, very open and honest which made it so much easier on the day once moved in.

Nothing beyond another mention for Mike and Nick who were great

We have recently used Britannia Bradshaw for our move.  We would like to say what an amazing company, we were delighted with everything from the very first telephone conversation with Lynne, then meeting Diane to arrange and discuss how we were going to organise our move - it was at this point we instantly knew we had appointed the right company.  The attention and help that we received was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything including my husband and I.  We had a great team of men they couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating which all helped to make the move less stressful.  The men that moved us were George, Sonic .. Mike P… and Andy.  I would like to say how amazing they all were and not forgetting the gentleman who delivered all the empty boxes and then collected them at the end of the move. Each and everyone of their team seem to be incredibly good and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.  Highly recommendable. 

We would highly recommend Britannia Bradshaw to any of my family, friends and customers.

Do you have any comments about our removals crew?
Brilliant. Arrived on time, started immediately, and were very efficient. They had to dismantle and reassemble the wardrobe, but everything else was moved as was. They came equipped with extra boxes (if required), garment carriers, and helped finish packing individual items (pictures, etc.) to speed up the process. Arrived promptly at new house, and quickly unpacked everything, reassembled the wardrobe, and checked where everything was to go. Couldn't have asked for more.

Sonic and George were absolutely brilliant. They took away the stress, they helped us with everything we needed and were exceptional and had a wonderful sense of humour, which is needed on a big move from Stockport to Anglesey. Could not have wished for two better lads with this move. Superb. Ten out of Ten.
