Like most students, you're probably on a budget. So here's a couple of quick tips to help you save on moving costs:
- Group together with others moving nearby - most students move about the same time of year, so see if anyone in your house or halls of residence is also moving - you may be able to save money by all of you moving at the same time and splitting the cost
- Get organised before the move - know exactly what you're taking, and try to have everything packed in advance of the removal men arriving and access to your new home sorted before moving day

In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with (FaceTime, WhatsApp etc).

It was not straight forward, it cost more than it could and should due to circumstances outside of everyone's control but we got there in the end and the physical move of items was the easiest part in fairness.

George, Ben and Nicholas were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, removed furniture and boxes from our old house on time and delivered them into our new home efficiently. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly appreciative of their efforts in dismantling and reassembling our bed, which saved a huge amount of work for us. After a stressful few days in advance of the move, it was very reassuring to be in the hands of these professionals. They are a credit to the company.
