We felt that we're the best value and Martin was very helpful and thorough when he came out to see us.

Do you have any additional comments or concerns regarding any portion of the service you received?
We did not check the kitchen cupboards but Britannia came back the following day and packed what had been missed.

They were the most accommodating professional and personable set of removal guys.

Nothing was too much trouble and constantly asked if we needed anything else and asked us to confirm if things were in the right place.    Adam, Ian and Dan made the whole experience so easy and a lot less stressful than we had imagined.

I just wanted to reiterate our thanks given to your team on Friday for a job done excellently.

When we originally ordered the sofa we intended buying a different property, however the configuration of this property made the installation of the sofa into the lounge extremely difficult, if not close to impossible.

Your team were completely professional, never complained and sought alternative methods to ensure the sofa could be installed.

Although we did express our thanks at the time we did want to do so again as we are so grateful.

Best of all they cleaned up and took all their rubbish and excess packing materials…

Big thanks to the team ,(James,Les,Rhys,Adrian) and yourselves job went super efficiently and safely the lads were
