Both Paul and Spence were brilliant and most helpful. Very positive input to our plans and making arrangements. 

It was unfortunate that a light fitting in the hall was broken whilst moving an item of furniture into the new address.
Being one of a pair may make it more difficult to replace. Apart from that everything went smoothly and efficiently.

They worked hard, very neat packing too. Was very professional. Prompt response from initial inquiry.

Do you have any additional comments or concerns regarding any portion of the service you received? The storage for almost ten months was safe, clean, no damage, and when I had to change the day, it was no problem. The cost was most acceptable overall for the removal and storage. I knew my furniture would be safe.

I thought I would drop you an email to thank you for the service we have received from your company. In particular, a big thank you to Jacki who has been very helpful all along the way. She is professional, knowledgeable and courteous, a true asset to Britannia Bradshaw.

Moving to Spain has been challenging but the collection, storage and delivery of our effects to Spain was one element that went like a dream.
