Very supportive of my husband's additional needs as a disabled person

The lads were brilliant and very supportive of my husband's additional needs as a disabled person. They worked quickly and efficiently on both days. When delivering they set the bed up straight away to enable my husband to rest as needed. Excellent crew!

Why did you use us? It's our second move with you, our first experience was so positive, even though the quoted price was a bit more expensive than other companies we wanted to use the company again.

Another great move. The team always keep you updated and informed from the initial booking, virtual look around or the work crew. All our belongings were packed with care and the speed at which the work was completed is fantastic. Thanks again!

Extremely punctual

They were very hard working, efficient and friendly. They are also extremely punctual. They were also willing to answer any questions I had. All in all I would say that they are a very good crew.

Why did you use us? 1. National movers. 2. Provide a furniture and document shredding service. 3. The person giving the quote had good logical thought processes about how the move would be organised.

The service was excellent, even when I had to change arrangements at the last minute

I moved from my old house on 12 November and into my new home on 23 November. Both teams very prompt and extremely helpful and careful of my property and belongings

Where can we improve? I don't think you can, the teams were very professional and helpful. A credit to your company

Why did you use us? I last moved home 20 years ago and used Britannia then. The service I received then left a lasting impression and so for this move Britannia was the first company I called. And you were just as good this time!

The service was excellent, even when I had to change arrangements at the last minute and ask you to store my belongings as there was a delay in my onward purchase. Lynne in your office was very helpful in sorting the storage arrangements
