Polite, professional, friendly, hardworking and careful

Dan, Fabio and Rhys were polite, professional, friendly, hardworking and careful. They were quick to inform me when there was damage to my settee and explained what had happened and apologised sincerely. No effort made to hide what had happened. They all worked very well together and seemed to be a very compatible team.

With the team I had I am not sure I can think of any improvements.

They were all great guys and looked after our possessions very carefully. Professional approach from the outset.

Communication was very clear and I felt that the company was genuinely interested in helping us move.

The removal van was 3 hrs late due to blow out but Bradshaws increased the team to 6 to still complete the scheduled loading

To load took 6 men (1st day) and 4 men (2nd day) but only 3 men were unloading which did make it a very long unloading day.

Website looked very professional, and of quotes received Bradshaws were the least expensive (although all quotes were more expensive than anticipated).

The best thing about the service was the professionalism, attitude and hard work of the crews involved. Also because of the uncertainty of our completion date we really appreciated the flexibility in keeping a moving slot available for us.

It has taken me a long time (partly because we had no internet until yesterday) to write to thank you for your excellent service during our removal…. your staff did everything possible to lighten the burden of the enormous change taking place in our lives. I hope the chaps will remember the good moments when we were able to have a cuppa and a laugh together.  We really enjoyed meeting them all.

We shall never forget your staff's eagerness to please their clients, and their very kind and sensitive approach to the job.  We were so grateful for their hard work and the dedication that made it possible for us to get to our destination successfully.
