Provided a competitive quote for our removal and storage needs

The crews on both days were very helpful, polite and efficient. They were careful with our property and belongings.

There were notes made in a telephone call to Lynne re access to the new property on August 19th which had not been given to the crew. This led to a delay because the information had not been passed on. We had to go out to meet the crew in their 17 tonne truck to reassure them that access was possible, which had previously been confirmed in a call to Burrows (another local removals firm).

They were recommended to us and provided a competitive quote for our removal and storage needs

Both crews (Richard, Tom, Tony and Andy on May 13/14th; Ryan and Mike on August 19th) were very helpful, friendly and did their best to ensure we were happy with the service provided. They took care to protect our belongings packing/unpacking.

True professionals and were a joy to have around

Just a note of sincere thanks in appreciation of my recent move from Wolvey to Oadby. The Brum team Paul, Dan, Fabio, Chris and Ryan were wonderful. Kind, happy and nothing was too much trouble. Please pass on my thanks and good wishes. They are true professionals and were a joy to have around.

Moving is said to be traumatic but we felt we were in safe hands

What a gold star team! Paul, Pat, Dan and Ade worked like Trojans for days on end to make it all happen. Moving is said to be traumatic but we felt we were in safe hands. The level of expertise was amazing, and coupled with a helpful attitude and cheerful approach they made the whole experience much more enjoyable than I expected. I thoroughly recommend all of them!

They could do the dates we wanted and the quote was in line with the others we’d received.

The chaps took all the stress out of the 2 days. They were cheerful and worked very hard through both days. They also drank lots of tea!
