Accessible, easy to deal with, and responsive

Very hard working and efficient. The team leader in particular was excellent. Used the company because of a combination of response to initial contact (we approached three firms altogether), price, and ability to accommodate what we needed for a move from Warwickshire to Devon.

We were impressed by all of our dealings with your company throughout the process, from initial enquiry through to the move itself. Your team were accessible, easy to deal with, and responsive.

One word - fantastic!  Tony and Rich in particular were amazing. They were so hard working and made the stress of moving home extremely stress free. They were also a great laugh too!

They even put our couch back together so our young kids had somewhere to sit

Ryan, Mike and the lads were fantastic. On the first day, three crew turned up and packed up the ground floor and a room upstairs in 2 hours. Due to the solicitors slowing down the completion, the lads had to hang on a bit longer but as the day was getting later two more guys joined the team giving us 6 people to unload the van and put it in to the correct rooms within the hour, they even put our couch back together so our young kids had somewhere to sit.

Couldn’t have done it without them though so I’m glad they had managed it so well on the day.

Comments regarding your initial enquiry - Ernie Humphries was straight to the point and extremely helpful in helping us to decide whether to pay for the packing service. Due to stamp duty ending, June had become a very intense and busy month so Ernie and Keeley were quick to help accommodate our needs. We couldn’t get two days together so they were able to pack on one day and load the van two days later.
