Took the stress out of the day

The two men - Mike and Ryan I think were their names - were friendly, efficient and supportive throughout the day. I can't rate them highly enough. It took the stress out of the day. Used Bradshaws because of affordable quotation.

They were kind, patient and reassuring in somewhat stressful circumstances. I was pleased with the way the original survey was conducted and felt you would provide a professional service. When my requirements changed due to complications with the selling/buying process, your staff were very happy to adjust the quote fairly. Due to Covid 19, the survey was conducted by video call which worked very well.

…just wanted to drop you a quick email to say just how good the guys were who moved us from Lancaster to Chorley, Mike and Ryan on the first day and then also with Ben on the actual moving day. All of them were excellent and I feel it’s good for you to get good feedback instead of criticism.

Made a complex and stressful process much more bearable

A great team of 5 men effectively led by Jay. Used Bradshaws because it is a Birmingham firm with an established reputation. 

The administration team headed by Jackie Francey, both Martin Wilks and Martin Lloyd in Operations and the 5 removal men (Les, Ryan, Dave, Connor and Jay) were all very personable, courteous and efficient. They all made a complex and stressful process much more bearable. A sterling service in sum.

Well organised, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the day

The 4 men (Tony, Ashley, Mike and Ryan) who packed everything up on the 21st were extremely well organised, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the day. Tony and Ashley then travelled down to Hampshire where they were very helpful and professional when unloading the following day. I can’t fault any of them.

The lady I initially spoke to was very helpful and reassuring that there could be availability if I gave reasonable notice. Also Ernie’s online survey was very helpfully and professionally done.

A great team

Just wanted to say how good Mark L, Richard and Andy were for our move on 22/04/2021. A great team. Hopefully we can have them when our furniture comes out of storage and we move into our new home.
