Just so good and professional. I had lots of questions. Luke was really patient with me and answered them all, it felt like nothing was too much trouble

They were just completely excellent, every single one of them worked hard, was professional and polite, the whole move was done so quickly and simply. Everything was well packaged and labelled, there hasn’t been a single breakage.

I’m not sure. It was really excellent - the online portal where you book was a bit unintuitive on mobile and I had to do it over the phone with Luke in the end

Good communications when getting initial quote. Good reviews online. Competitive quote (not the cheapest quote we received but we our decision was based on reliability and professionalism, not just price).

Would you like to tell us anything about your move team?
George, Ben and Nicholas were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, removed furniture and boxes from our old house on time and delivered them into our new home efficiently. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly appreciative of their efforts in dismantling and reassembling our bed, which saved a huge amount of work for us. After a stressful few days in advance of the move, it was very reassuring to be in the hands of these professionals. They are a credit to the company.
